The Global e-commerce fundamental business team is a global team responsible for developing the fundamental product platforms and providing the overall technical solutions that power all of the global e-commerce business scenarios, including business globalization and the diversity in different industries. We are committed to providing high-quality, high-extensibility and high-stability capabilities, ranging from the product center, to the check out/transaction/payment center, and then after-sales support. Responsibilities – Responsible for designing, implementing and delivering high-quality capabilities for global e-commerce businesses, including product listing, catalog, category, inventory etc. – Responsible for continuously improving the stability, scalability and quality of the existing services and architecture of platform systems. – Responsible for the investigation and implementation of new technologies related to e-commerce business. Minimum qualification – Strong software programming capabilities and exhibits good code design and coding style. – Deep understanding of data structure, algorithm design and analysis, networking, data security, and distributed systems design. – Fluency in developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of Java/Golang/Python/C++. – In-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks like MySQL/Redis/Kafka etc. Preferred qualification – Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline. – Minimum 5 years of experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of Java/Golang/Python/C++. – Curiosity towards new technology and outstanding ability to analyze and solve complex problems. – Experience with E-Commerce or Monetization Products is preferred. – Excellent communication skills. |
