About The Position This person will be responsible for the design and development of the search system architecture, ensuring system stability and high availability; responsible for online services, offline data flow performance optimization, solving performance bottlenecks, reducing costs and unlocking. Responsibilities – Lead and inspire a team of Employee Relations professionals that is forward planning and strategic in managing complex workplace matters and implementing appropriate resolutions. – Enhance the employee experience by proactively identifying and addressing workplace concerns, de-escalating conflicts, and resolving issues before escalation. – Conduct and oversee sensitive workplace investigations, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of employee relations matters. – Balance proactive engagement with urgent response efforts, effectively prioritizing critical employee relations cases. – Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and implement best practices that foster a positive and compliant work environment. – Facilitate employee listening sessions, focus groups, and one-on-one coaching to address concerns and promote a culture of trust and transparency. – Interpret and refine global employee relations policies, programs, and processes to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. – Review and interpret case data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement in employment in employee relations strategies. – Return-to-Office: To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that required employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid model, and the specific requirement may change at any time. Minimum Qualifications: – 5+ years of corporate employee relations, HR compliance, or employment law experience. – 2+ years managing a team of ER professionals, with a proven ability to lead and develop talent. – Expertise in conducting workplace investigations and providing guidance on complex performance and behavioral matters. – Experience building and scaling ER frameworks, including performance management and accommodation processes. – Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements, with the ability to apply them practically in a business setting. – Proven ability to influence without authority, working effectively with senior leaders, HR peers, and cross-functional partners. |
