About this position
We are looking for Head of Business Development to expand our global partnership, key accounts, and business network in the key geographical regions such as Europe, North America, and Mid-East. Your role will be to seek new/maintain business partnerships, to increase our exposure in the market and create new revenue opportunities that will contribute to our business growth.
To be successful in this role, a successful track records in business development and sales is essential. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will build up strong partnership with key players in the fields. If you are motivated and results driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like the opportunity to meet you.


– Identify key partners and accounts, with the intention to create business growth opportunities
– Design business development strategy and plan, along with resources requirement, with a clear annual/quarter goal and milestones
– Build long-term trusting relationship with key partners/accounts
– Coordinate internally with other departments/key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of partnership product/services
– Collect first-hand market intelligence and industry insights through communication and relationships within industry


– Proven work experience in business development and/or sales role
– Existing relationship and sales record to municipalities/large real-estate/logistics/facility management/sweeping contractor companies
– Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
– Track record of achieving business targets
– Existing connection and knowhow about sanitization and/or road sweeping industry
– Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Flexibility to travel.
